"Second time staying at this lovely property. Perfect location five minute walk from Piazza Roma or from the train station. Directly on the grand Canal. Beautiful and charming boutique hotel. Had a wonderful room with corner windows opening over the grand Canal. Felt like we were stepping back into Venice of 500 years ago.. Excellent included breakfast. Great recommendations for restaurants. Will be back"

"Beautiful stay with a unique and peaceful atmosphere I absolutely loved the décor — it was perfect. The hotel has a charming retro feel, yet everything is very well maintained and spotless. The breakfast was simply perfect — wonderful and absolutely delicious. It was definitely one of the highlights of the experience. The room was comfortable and well organized, and the bed was super comfortable, providing very restful nights. The shower is inside a bathtub, so if you prefer to take a standing shower, you need to hold the showerhead. The water also didn’t drain very well and tended to accumulate in the tub, as the drain seemed slightly clogged. The bed linens and towels were excellent quality — very clean and well maintained. The towels were large and very good quality as well. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to assist. The cleanliness of the hallways was impeccable. The hotel itself is truly an attraction — it used to be a monastery, and it has a peaceful, calm atmosphere that makes the stay even more special. The room temperature was perfect throughout the stay. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay in a place full of character and tranquility. 😊"

"This location was excellent for our needs. We wanted to stay close to the airport and close to Venice. The hotel is steps away from the train station. The staff was wonderful and the shuttle service was a bonus (although included, the van was spotless and the driver was very dapper). A special shout out goes to Giuseppe- the bartender- who was informative, super friendly and very polite. "
