Staff was very professional and helpful. We had an issue with our heat/AC unit and fridge and staff member did not hesitate to move us to a more comfortable room. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom was spotless- this place just has everything you need for a simple, quiet, affordable, clean stay. Breakfast was great. Just enough to get the day started. Eggs, corned beef hash, sausage and gravy, pastries, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Coffee, tea, juices, etc. We were a little leery when we realized we were sandwiched between the highway. With the unit running, it really it not affect us at all. Thank you, Lancaster Suites!

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and then went to dinner. Upon return to hotel at approx 8:30pm, there was no hot water to take a shower. I had to walk down to the front desk in my pajamas as the phone on our room did not work. The receptionist actually came up to our room and turned on the water; it was still barely warm. We were told “sorry, we are at full capacity and everyone must be showering at the same time, to wait 30 mins and try again”. We waited and still no hot water. I was told it was being reported to a manager and I would receive a call back. This did not happen. I stopped at the front desk several times before we checked out and again was told “I’m sorry”. While the appreciate the apology, nothing was done to make this right. Basically, the hotel ran out of hot water. We were tired and cold from the snow storm and unable to take a hot shower.
