There were too much things that did not work out well. No hot water for a shower. The breakfast was not enough for all the people. The air in the room was terrible. The showers was damaged, it was not a stay to be happy with.

Is een mooi hotel, alleen jammer dat er geen restaurant of bar is, hierdoor ben je verplicht om een restaurant te gaan opzoeken, ontbijt is goed.

Pluspunten: - Vriendelijk personeel - Schone kamer, schoon sanitair - Mooie omgeving, dicht bij het centrum - Prima ontbijt. Minpunten: - Geen afgesloten fietsenstalling - Slechte , erg zachte matrassen alsof je in een kuil ligt - Jammer dat er na 17.00u niemand van personeel meer aanwezig is .

Mooie locatie, en vooral rustig. Badkamer en kamer waren proper op een vergeten spinneweb na. Al bij al heerlijk geslapen. Prima ontbijt ook, maar jammer genoeg geen vers fruit.

Kasteelheer zijn voor een avond en nacht

Het overnachten op Pietersheim is me elke keer enorm bevallen. In deze tijd minstens zoveel als andere keren. Kamer en ontbijtzaal hebben me een gevoel gegeven welkom te zijn. Het park rondom het kasteel is altijd een lange wandeling waard. Doen !!!

Niet in verhouding tot de prijs die wij hebben betaald.open Badkamer zwaar onder de maat, zwarte schimmel badranden, douchekop kapot, warm koud water niet goed geregeld, spiegel kapot, verlichting onder de maat, geen bar beschikbaar tegen hetgeen wordt aangegeven, geen personeel 's nachts in het hotel aanwezig, mager ontbijt, zwaar tegen gevallen.

Prachtige locatie, heel aardige ontvangst bij inchecken, met glühwein of warme chocomel. Kamer viel een beetje tegen, wat saai ingericht en bedden te zacht voor een van ons. Omdat we bovenin het kasteel logeerden hadden we maar 1 klein raam. Douche wat krap, in bad. In het kasteel is geen restaurant meer, in de buurt genoeg te vinden, zoals Contrast, erg lekker gegeten daar. Ontbijt in kasteel is prima, in een mooie zaal. Op zich prima verblijf, als je van een zacht bed houdt. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk!

Ligging te opzichte van de vele fiets- en wandelpaden en Maastricht is super en de sfeer van een kasteel draagt bij aan een goede overnachting. Kamer 2 is modern verbouwd wat ik persoonlijk wel zonde vind. Medewerkers uiterst vriendelijk!
