"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "Stayed here while walking the Camino Ignaciano. Surprisingly clean, comfortable room for a highway trucker hotel, not too noisy, convenient restaurant downstairs, would recommend. Official Camino route (San Roman de San Milan) only 1 km away. Only regret was no bathtub, only shower but very good and reasonable price."

"Lovely room and easy check in. Some people struggle with the auto check in but if you do the email instructions the day before it’s easy. Shower was amazing and loved the little extras in the room! Air con worked too (first time on the Camino!)"

"Pleasant historical Parador, with nice garden. Comfortable room with nice bathroom, no view as in standard room at the back. Helpful and friendly reception and bar staff."

"Staff was very nice and good location"

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"The company servicing the location were extremely unhelpful and rude. The automated system that was used was unhelpful. The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help."

"Great location for exploring Laguarida and surrounding wineries. Larger spaces and balconies were especially nice."

"Very clean and all staff very helpful."
