"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen....

"What a wonderful historic building this is. Nice specious courtyard and pool area. Staff was so professional and friendly. Easy to store our bicycles in the parking garage. Comfortable bedding and bathroom. Also the food in this restaurant is excellent. Don’t forget to try the soufflé it’s the best we have had ever! Breakfast great too. Would definitely stay here again as only 2 minute walk from the historic center. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon weekend au domaine Lassalle qui mérite largement un 10/10 ! Chambres très bien aménagées et équipées, en plus des services proposés comme la piscine, le jacuzzi et bientôt le sauna & hammam. Je recommande de partager le dîner sur place, c'était délicieux et nous avons passé un bon moment en leur compagnie. Le petit déjeuner est top aussi!"

"This place is run by an older French couple, who did not speak much English (nor did we speak much French), but they were brilliant and warm the whole time. Free parking right by the place, pretty easy to find as long as you have a working SatNav/GPS. Would recommend this place."

"If it was not for the idyllic countryside location of the property, it's grounds, facilities and beautifully appointed accommodation then it was the wonderful hosts who made our short stay a delight accommodating all our family needs. "This is not the place to book if you’re looking for a typical Ibis type hotel, with streamlined bathrooms & smart decor. But if you’re looking for staying in a genuine old French country cottage, with welcoming owners and good food this place is worth a try. We enjoyed the food, ambience, & dinner outside in the garden."
