Spectacular place for a stay away from home. Artistically furnished rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The restaurant food could serve down-to-earth food - simple well-cooked Italian food rather than aim at fine dining.

The hotel is situated off the beaten track and it was very peaceful there, which is just what we were looking for. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable, we also had a patio with a lovely double sun lounger. The bathroom was fantastic with a very spacious shower. The light fittings were stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive and we felt well looked after. The food was excellent at both breakfast and supper. The bar served great mocktails. Lovely hotel, with smiley and welcoming staff, always too happy to attend to any request. Very relaxing set up, big pool and large areas to relax around the pool and in and outside of the hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was of a good size with a very modern bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with a huge range of of delicious food. Most definitely highly recommend.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Apart from lack of tea/coffee in the room we had everything we needed. Hotel restaurant was very good, one of the best dinners of our touring trip. Lifeguards were extremely helpful and breakfast staff deserve a special mention for their cheerful attitude, and fabulous coffee.

Although the area is not the most picturesque, this masseriola is beautifully presented and finished to the highest of standards. Our room was a absolutely immaculate and the staff are very accommodating, our flight was delayed meaning we didn’t arrive until we’ll past midnight but this did not matter, the owner was still there to great us and show us to our room. We are returning in June for a few nights and this will be the perfect base for a few days discovering Puglia.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. It's immaculate in every respect. If there's one thing that's better the hotel condition, decor and location then it's the people who look after you when during your stay. They are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. We are already planning a return visit.

What a wonderful three-night stay we had in Martina, in no small part to Sara and Francisco, who were amazing. The room itself was fantastic; we've stayed in Trulos in Italy before, but being in the heart of the old town as well felt almost fairytale. The room was superbly fitted out, and Sara's decorations made it extra special.

Good location within walking distance of Locorotondo and easy to drive to nearby towns such as Alberobello and Ostuni. The pool was lovely and quiet although a few minutes walk away. Parking on site is ideal too.

We arrived by train and the hotel was easy to find walking up from the train station. It is set in a lovely garden with an outdoor swimming pool, which although cold was very refreshing. The wisteria was out when we were there...gorgeous!! We had a huge room on the first floor with one double bed and one put-you -up bed. One of us had to have the small bed,which was adequate but it would have been nice to have a larger one. There was space for it. The breakfasts were very generous: ham, boiled...

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo San Francesco. The location is beautiful, with amazing views of the surrounding Trulli and Locorotondo. Staying in a trullo was such a unique and memorable experience. The accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the family who runs the property were incredibly lovely, friendly and welcoming. You really feel the warmth of a family-owned place. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back!

An excellent modern smallish hotel nearly in the centre of Alberobello. Very clean, fully equipped with all facilities - very friendly owner and staff.

The staff were amazing especially Grazia a waitress who was excellent
