Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

8/10 Good
"Nice, clean room that was a good size with two queen beds. It is quiet and peaceful and conveniently located after a great day of exploring the park, especially if you would like to start or end the day near the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone (nice place to watch the sunset over the waterfall). Bonus for those who drive an electric vehicle, there are a few charging stations that are free of charge! The beds are not the most comfy, and the hair dryer didn't work.. those are the only two things that seem to have experienced wear and tear and may need to be swapped out... WiFi connection is very limited, so be prepared for that. It was a nice place to stay, just on the pricey side... but you are paying for your convenient central location in the park."

"My wife and I stayed overnight in one of their cabins and, although the overall property seemed disorganized and unkempt, our cabin was just what we expected. There is little to do in town and dining is scarce but, fortunately, we were only passing through."

Soda Butte Lodge

"Parking is difficult and not many dedicated spots on the street. It is very remote and was only used for one night while traveling through. Not a lot of options in the area so your choices are limited. As expected it is an old property and don’t expect cellar in the town."
