Room was good but needs some maintenance.
The pool area was good and they offered free black coffee while you wait for the late check in of 3pm. The hotel is a bit far away from all the tourist spots and the water shuttle only goes hourly from 10am to 8pm with an hour off at 12, making it an inconvenient to have an early start apart from taxi or grab.

The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best ...
