Lam Kaen Trip

The hotel is good location , recommend to stay in a deluxe room as it’s far much better than the superior rooms. Reception very friendly. House keeping very rude and refused to clean my room until I complained to the receptionist even though I’ve given her a generous tip the day before. Restaurant staff also refused me taking a croissant for my little 2 years old baby until I argued that I have a triple room and two adults are not having breakfast and I’ve paid for them . Overall I will not stay there again as for that price I can stay in a much better place in the area .

Lovely resort on semi private island. Very large and spread out so doesn't feel busy. Resort was fairly quiet anyway during our stay so dining areas may get busy with more guests. Several nice pools and poolside villas. Good gym and several activities available but not well advertised : paddle board, kayak, yoga, stretch, boxing. Food options a bit limited and very expensive. All inclusive offered as an option with some bookings. Complimentary speed or long boat offered to mainland.

Great hotel, rooftop pool, beautiful view, spacious 2 bedroom, great tv and Samsung smart tv channels! I loved the washer on the balcony and walked to 7 eleven for laundry detergent. Washing clothes was a breeze and inexpensive.

From check in to check out, everything about this resort was great! All staff personnel were extremely kind and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious. The views were amazing! Our room as well as the property was very clean. I’d recommend this resort to anyone planning a visit to Phuket and I’ll be booking this location during my next visit.

The location of the property is excellent. You can walk right on the beach. Unfortunately, there were numerous flags on that part of the beach saying that you could not swim there. We had to walk just a short ways to an area where we could get in the water. The location is great if you want to be in the action at Patong Beach.
