"The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Had lots of choices for breakfast. The pool was a little cold and one elevator was broken so we had to wait to use that sometimes but overall it was a pleasurable stay!"

"I just want to mention the desk clerk, Dade. He was so helpful and kind and seemed sincerely interested in making sure I had a convenient room and a pleasant stay. I left at 4 am, and he helped me take my things to my car. In an era when public-facing staff seem increasingly complacent, bored, or downright rude, as is often my experience in hotels, Dade was a breath of fresh air."
