"The staff were very helpful and polite, especially the breakfast staff. The room was big, clean and spacious for our family of four adults. The bathroom had towels for only two people, and an empty body wash bottle, which we requested for at the front desk, together with the beddings for the two other members of our party. We did not have any maintenance come to the room, so we had a buildup of trash and recycling. The breakfast menu was okay however not a lot of healthy options. I would have loved to see more fruit and veggies. Parking was adequate and free. We had an incident where one of the elevators broke down and most of the guests had to take the stairs, it was fixed within two hours, however the staff at the desk was giving misinformation about one of the elevators working when they it wasn't, guest were waiting long periods of time and had to take the stairs. I used the exercise room where the only 3 out of the 4 machines were working, there was no disinfectant or Tissues to wipe down the machines before or after use. This put me off so i only used the space once. All in all I will give my stay a 6 out of 10. "

"The property was an excellent choice for our short stay prior to going on a cruise. The location was walkable to restaurants and convenience stores. It was in a safe location, which is very important to me. "

"Room was okay, smelled good and was clean but bathtub was cracked and coating had peeled up in several places. Pool was out of service, even though there were no notifications, or signs and nobody said anything about it at check-in AND when we asked where the pool was an employee directed us to it but did not disclose that it was temporarily closed. Had I known I would have booked a different hotel. The lady at the front desk did not apologize or offer anything to make the situation better. Instead, she was enjoying the breakfast she made at the guest breakfast area. Will not book this hotel again."

"New hotel that was more like a small apartment small kitchen space with everything you need to cook, washer and dryer in the bathroom layout was perfect. Well lit and very comfortable. Staff were fabulous. There’s also a market with a bunch of food and it’s not just snacks. It actually has things like eggs and bacon you can buy. There are restaurants within walking distance. And a movie cinema about four minutes away. It was truly an amazing place to stay. It was so comfortable and I felt that I needed nothing. They provided everything I would stay here and recommend this to anybody."

"Room was fine. Location was excellent and parking was great. We stayed here since we were attending the Va Tattoo. Since one of us was not very mobile, it was helpful to have a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and one dinner. We stayed three nights during the recent 90+ degree heat wave and the AC struggled with it. WiFi did not seem great as connecting some devices was difficult or did not work. The biggest complaint was only partially the hotel's problem. At checkout time there were no luggage carts to be found and we had to wait a while before we were able to bring our stuff down from our room. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is getting very tired. Our room sink had a broken stopper and the bathroom floor had something sticky spilt on it, Only one elevator worked so there was always a wait. The ice machine didn’t work. They only had coffee made in tge mirning, no hot water ot tea options. I think it was over priced for what you got"
