This was a quiet affordable hotel. It is similar to a "Motel 6" with only the basics.
The front desk people were not available, except during check in. I once waited for 15 minutes to get into my room after my key card would not work. I rang the bell in the lobby several times. I called the phone number 4 times. I rang a bell outside the door several times. This was at 8:00 in the morning when someone should be at the front desk or at least answering the phone. It was quite cold outside and I didn't appreciate the wait. When the woman finally came to the desk, she looked like she just rolled out of bed. I told her about trying to get in touch because my card wouldn't work. She reset the card and handed it back to me without saying a single word! An apology for the delay would have been nice. This happened again when I was trying to check out. I had to get a hotel cleaner to let me in my room. Then I went to return the cards at check out and no one was at the desk and no one came when I rang the bell. I finally gave up and just set the cards on the counter and walked away.
The other complaint is that I don't think my room was vacuumed when I arrived. I found a pair of socks beside the bed and there was pet fur in the carpet everywhere. The rest of the room was clean and neat though.
