"My husband and I stayed for two nights. The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was warm(never seems to happen) and hot tub and sauna was as expected. "I extended a business trip into a long weekend in Amsterdam and this was the perfect hotel. I appreciated the secure entry to my floor that required a key card. I am enjoying the quality of the coffee at breakfast staff especially around the dining area is very polite and extremely efficient. I had a great view of the river and the price wasn’t too expensive for my room. Ben was very comfortable and while the room doesn’t have all of the drawer space in closets like you might find in an American hotel similar size. .
