"The rooms are brand new stayed two days everything was clean and fresh towels. They are under renovation in the hallways and outside. "

"This was our second stay and everything still holds true. he staff was amazing. My husband slipped at entrance when they were cleaning. They tended upon him immediately. They had signs out but he didn't pay attention. I dsnce because nerve damage and allowed me access during night if I needed to use. The outdoor pool and view is amazing. The flowers and garden are amazing and you could spend hours loooking and find new flower didnt see before. Absolutely beautiful!"

"The hotel was better tham expected, the rooms were very clean and big,very spacious. We were traveling to visit family in Winter Haven,and it was the best hotel we have stayed in while being there. The breakfast was good,the pool was clean,the laundry room was complimentary so big plus. The only small issue we encountered was that we could not stream movies to the tv,either then that,I highly recommend this hotel and I'll def be returning."
