Comfortable rooms, excellent location.

My parents had a room where the shower did not get too hot, and overall I felt the rooms were slightly cold, even with the heater on (this was in the winter), but overall this was a very comfortable stay. The location in Puno was also very convenient, within steps of the main plaza and the shopping street. It was also a short walk to the train station and the edge of the water.

The hotel was OK, a bit outdated. Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast was one of the worst I've ever seen. But the kitchen staff was very friendly. Location is very good - a minute to the main plaza.

Helpful and friendly staff. It is about a 5-minute walk to Plaza De Armas. The heater works very well, and I love it. The bathtub /shower needs some updating. The caulking is coming off and needs some cleaning on the edges. Overall, it was an excellent hotel.

Very friendly and helpful service, convenient location. The bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of street noise, but I asked to switch rooms for the second night and though the room was smaller it was much quieter and the bed was very comfortable. Basic furniture and breakfast, motion-sensitive lights didn’t always work, but worth the very reasonable price.
