staff was very friendly but we booked a King bed and we were given a Queen bed that was disappointing.

Quality Inn Crossville Near Cumberland Mountain State Park
Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. Parking was right near our room. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
