"Arrived at the hotel around 7pm, no one at the counter. Waited 5 minutes with another guest before someone showed at the desk to check us in. Lobby was a mess, covid and social distancing stickers and papers everywhere....its like they are still trapped in 2021. Was really looking forward to the Jacuzzi....the only reason I booked this hotel. Walked over to the pool area while waiting for the lobby attendant....pool ladder had caution tape all over it, Jacuzzi was about the size of a bath tub. I didn't get any farther, didn't bother to check in even though the room was non refundable. My loss, but would have rather had a good nights sleep."
