"Contrary to many reviewers I found the place to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's a great deal.. It is not a new hotel but the room was very nice. Beds super comfortable and very nice sheets. Highly recommend this motel!!"

"The exterior of this motel doesn't do justice to how the room looked inside. My room was exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the pricing was very convenient. As a bonus, if you ask the staff, they will let you use a wonderful fire pit in the back. That was easily the highlight of our second night!"

"We travel to the northern lower peninsula and UP at least once a year. This is the best place we have found to stay by far for the price. The front desk staff were very helpful and so nice. (We did find the gentleman who ran the breakfast and did some things outside to be kind of gruff.) The rooms were very clean and updated. We loved the smores on Lake Huron overlooking the bridge. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!"
