Trash was not taken out from previous tenant, less than half a roll of toilet paper is all we got, no coffee or filters, no tissues, no paper towels. The swimming pool and hot tub were closed for construction even though the site says open in March. Don’t lose your key card, it’s a $20 fine. Woke up to construction and machines early in the morning. Less than satisfied.

We are working diligently with our housekeeping teams to ensure a consistently pleasant experience and I apologize that we failed on your stay. We are currently renovating 8 units at the resort and while we had you booked in a different building, sometimes the noise does carry. Unfortunately, due to maintenance issue, our pool opening was delayed, however, we did drop the ball on effectively communicating that to you, our guest…we will put in more effort to be more accurate in our online information about seasonal amenities. I realize there were some issues, but sincerely hope that you will give us another try.Thank You,Chelsea Alhonna Resort Front Office Supervisor

The resort overlooks the lake, so the setting is breathtaking. My room was clean and acceptable and the bed was comfortable, but if you're looking for something fresh and modern, this is not the place for you. The furniture is old and the TV is small! The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and stove and is equipped with dishes and glasses, which would be handy for a family spending a few days there. My room had a porch with a table and chairs overlooking the lake, making me wish I was staying longer than one night. The staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is a nice alternative to the high-priced resorts Lake of the Ozarks is known for.

The bed mattress was perfect. This is something that is let go from upkeep. A great night's sleep from night one. Full kitchen, properly fitted with utensils and mating plate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great view of the lake. Apartment furnishing is kind of dated but everything works. Kitchen has basic amenities but best to bring your own if you’re planning to cook, ie additional plates, cutlery, cooking utensils. This of course depends on largely what you’re cooking but it’s a good thing there’s a Walmart about 20 mins away so you can always buy what you need. All in all, value for money if your goal is for a free and easy getaway without breaking the bank.

The size of the cottage was adequate. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The cottage was not clean. There were cobwebs in the ceiling. The carpet was stained, rugs were old and stained. The furniture was outdated. The location to fishing docks were great.

Older property, not well maintained
Nice location on the lake. But, no daily room service. Towels were small and threadbare. Coffee machine had molding grounds from many days previous use and not cleaned. Refrigerator was buzzing loudly interfering with sleep. There was at least a restaurant at the hotel, ordinary food, but a view of the lake.

Stayed here on spontaneous decision to stay more day at lake after staying at another place the previous days. Super cool spot. Staff was very friendly. Bar and restaurant is nice with nice staff. Enjoyed the pool and the water front options. Great location on lake. Would stay again.

Our stay was excellent, the rooms were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was so hot that weekend that my significant other got severely dehydrated and passed out, out in front of the lounge and the staff was right on it and called for emergency help.. He was taken to the hospital and gave four bags of fluid to get his blood pressure back up, then released. Thank you Alhonna for your quick response and help we will defenitely be coming back again.

Alhonna is for me!
The new uodated 2 bedroom was great, the 1 bedroom was older but still a nice time. I have been going there for years and its nice to see they are upgrading the rooms. Over all it was a great trip i tried staying at different location and after the 1st night had to leave i could not stay in a place like that

Our room was newly remodeled and clean. However, we were told that it was non-smoking in side and out and there were cigarette buts on the deck and the smell of smoke and mariguana outside was horrible.

Do Not recommend for a one night stay.
This was not a pleasant room. Paid for queen beds but got full-sized. The bed sheets were dirty on both beds. No extra blankets and the sheet and bedspread were very thin. The blinds were not good at keeping the lights out. The carpet was very wet by the refrigerator. We just needed one night stay and thought would be nice to stay at a resort; wished we stayed at a hotel.

Way better than our previous stay at a different resort. Comfortable property, pretty quiet cove compared to most of the lake, full hvac so all the rooms were cool (HOT days), no smell and no bugs! The only minor issue we had was flakey internet (not what we were there for!).

I was only here for a night. The room was fine. WiFi signal was weak. One thin blanket on the bed, and no working clock in the room. Cars parked against the window to the room. Other than those issues, it was fine.

Definitely needs a remodel. It looked like half the properties were remodeled, sadly ours wasn’t. Everything in our room #63 was old and run down and smelled like cigarette smoke. We weren’t in the room too much just to sleep so we made due. We would stay again but would needing a different room.
