"The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The difficult thing about getting a 4 star rating in Nakuru, Kenya, is that the area is subject to frequent power outages and the internet service simply isn't the best. I wish this property didn't have to deal with these inconveniences because everything else was superb. "

"We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate.
