"There was nothing wrong with this property. It was fine for the price. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. It overlooked the parking lot. But, I didn’t choose it for the ambiance- I needed a place to stay after a meeting. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming- I had a waffle. The only other hot item was a couple prepackaged omelets that didn’t look appealing- and some breakfast potatoes. Again- nothing wrong- just fine."

"We have stayed at this property in the past and this time it just seemed dirty. The swimming pool was broken. The gal at the front desk was less than friendly. I remember the breakfast being pretty good because they had fresh yogurt and that was still the case. And they have berries for the yogurt and they had some fresh fruit so the coffee and the breakfast was good. All in all, we won’t stay there again. We go to Alec frequently because we have family living there and we’ve stayed at the best Western a few times but we won’t stay again after this last time."

"Property seemed kind of run down. Room was ok, nothing fancy by a long shot. I was disappointed that it did not have any complimentary soap or shampoo included. Luckily I had some with me. No TV guide so finding something to watch was tedious. Breakfast was ok but not nothing hot other than the waffles (which are always tasty!). All in all it was a place to sleep and I guess this is what $100 gets you any more."

"The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend."

"We walked into our room and it was like walking into an oven. We turned the heat off and turned on the air conditioning but it took over 4 hours to cool down our room so we could sleep."

"We have stayed here many times, this hotel is showing its age, I was told it was sold out when asked to upgrade to pool side instead of being shoved in the way back corner, it was not fully booked, actually hardly anyone was there, so that was upsetting, having to walk so far, when there were a lot of pool sides open."
