"Outstanding!! Great location. Immaculate. Bed was so comfortable. Peaceful. Amazing staff. Met all of my needs as a solo traveller, but absolutely see where it would be fun and perfect for the entire family/group. Thank you so much for such a safe, happy, and enjoyable stay! "Our stay at Novotel had its positives, but overall the property is in need of some serious maintenance. The rooms felt quite tired, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. In our room, the windows had black condensation stains, and both the furniture and bathroom looked dated and worn.
The facilities, including the pool, also didn’t feel well maintained and could definitely use some attention.
On the plus side, the location is excellent, and we really appreciated the kids’ room—it was a great touch for families. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, which made a difference to our experience."

"It was a good deal for a night. The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was not working and we had issues with the water as it started to get colder after every shower. Only some minor inconvenience but it was a really good stay. Will book again if we see in the area again.👍"
