"Though we had a little adventure when we arrived, we enjoyed our stay here immensely.
The area was quiet and pastoral in some places though conveniently located not too far away from our areas of interest (Interloken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen). The hotel itself was great and the staff fantastic. Kathleen was super responsive and kept our kids of 9 & 11 engaged and happy. "This was an excellent hotel , we had a family room , which consisted of a separate single bed and a king bed in the very large lounge area , and 2 separate bathrooms , the balconies looked out onto both the lake and sideways at the hills , the only thing it didn’t have was air conditioning, but they did provide fans in both rooms , it was over 30 degrees for our visit , so not sure if that’s normal , we used the restaurant for one evening meal and the food was lovely , and one member of staff...

"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious.
