"We showed up at 3:30 and our room wasn’t ready. Not sure why our room wasn’t ready but we picked a snack and out of the fridge for free. Front desk was apologetic and nice and we got in our room 30 min later. The shampoo and body wash was empty in the shower. The room was really clean and nice. The breakfast was yummy. I would stay again with an online check so the know when we are arriving in hope the room is ready."

"Room was clean but the shower didn’t have a whole lot of pressure and the duvets has stains on them, otherwise room was clean and good. None of the side doors worked on a night when I returned, had to walk in the rain up to the main entrance. Breakfast looked good with make your own mini waffles but didn’t have time to enjoy it. Overall would stay here again, close to the Michigan Renfest which was the main reason for my visit."

"Brand new. Nice location. Comfy beds. We stayed one night on the 4th floor. We could not get our room to cool down. Went to front desk around 2:30 a.m. to ask about it. He did come check the thermostat. Still unsure what the problem was. Also noticed there was no gfci outlet in the bathroom. I thought that was code? I found a hair tie and a plastic yarn needle on the carpet in our room so don't know if they actually swept it. The floor just outside the elevator had crumbs or dirt or something the entire time. Crumbs in the side chair in our room as well. I do understand it is new, so I understand a lot of it. Things are not built with the care they used to be built with in my opinion. I'm sure a lot of the staff are new too. Hopefully once they get into a routine it will stay clean. One funny thing is that they had these hooks on the wall for the mugs, but there was not actually enough space to use them, so the mugs just sat on the shelf. I don't know why they even bothered to put those hooks up. Every staff member we encountered was very nice. So, overall we were happy with our stay."

"The staff were very accommodating and the room was very clean and very cute! Much more updated than I expected with plenty of plugs and usb plugs as well. Lots of room if you are working remotely as well and very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely shower and good water pressure too!"
