"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the pool was warm and well maintained, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good, with omelets, bacon, bagels, pastries, and waffles — both adults and kids were happy. Just keep in mind when booking that the hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the center, so it may not be the most convenient option if being within walking distance of the lake, restaurants, and shops is important to you."

"Parking always available, room small but clean , staff friendly, shower working properly, loved covered pool , water was warm kids loved it, tennis table available ( just bring you ping pong balls and paddles ) had one issue with a door- manager came and quickly resolved it."

"Beautiful pool and stunning lake view. Food and drinks at cafe were excellent! Room was clean, but small. to be expected though. Beds were comfortable! Kids had a blast! So much fun for littles!"

"Property was very good. It's Expedia that we had an issue with. My reservations were for 2 deluxe rooms, lake view. in my reservation, I noted that we required first floor rooms because of a powered wheelchair. We arrived, and both rooms are on the 2nd floor. The staff and manager scrambled to accommodate, and fortunately 1 room was freed up, but faced the parking lot. and front of vehicles. Do you read the customer notes?? Never again will we use Expedia."
