Great Stay!

Check in and check out was easy and simple understand. The place was perfect for my family and I and we felt right at home. The place itself is so comfortable and cozy and I would recommend for any families. Communication was easy to understand and had no problems throughout our stay.

When we asked beforehand to make sure about getting code for entering condo their reply message was like "there is nothing to do from your end--". But we could not enter condo till 7:00 pm (3 hours after the start of rental period) because the office forgot to send any message. We wasted important time and had to call the office using a mobile phone that costed a lot because it was thru oversea-call. We would like the office to consider about some compensation for this matter!
