Lovely small personal family friendly resort. Staff very helpful. Apartments were of a decent size with a double room and pull out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen had fridge freezer cooking essentials for hob and kettle....toaster would have been a bonus😉However there was a hairdryer which was great. Towels changed once a week and laundry facilities available for a small fee. Very clean and well kept resort and ideally situated between Pescheria del Garda and Sirmione.

the stay was below average considering the cost. The hotel charges for anything that isn't the basic condition you book the room, even towel replacement, wifi on a per device level -not a total package which is quite annoying. as someone that suffers from allergies to dust, the room was a nightmare. I'm not one that easily complains about this, but I couldn't breath, and was with constant reactions to the dust.

Nice apartment in village on south lake garda.

In first week of October, unfortunately was rainy. 600m to a deli with bread and fruit.otherwise nearly 2km to supermarket.

Nice Apartment type accommodation close to lake

Very good for the price. Internet worked well at reception and nice area to use it. Sofa beds very uncomfortable for an adult. Otherwise excellent.

Great location

Situated just across a small road from Lake Garda public waterfront. Nice lakeside path, dog friendly. 2 pools for appartments and campsite. Very helpful staff.

Ideal location

Holiday was wonderful. Apartment had lovely big balcony looking out to lake Garda, and to pool at side. Pool lovely and clean. 2 good restaurants closely, Lugana Beach, at Garda side of complex and Stella Marina on main road. Great for families and couples of all ages.

Depends on what you seek

This hotel is actually a camp ground, the majority of the area is full of camp trailers and motorhomes. Near the lake, and along the "strip". It is set up as a studio apartment and would work for a multi-day visit to the lake on a casual trip. After all is said and done, it reminded me of the campgrounds in the US Also, take a map to find this place; it is behind the address noted, through a gate and not easy to find. The sign out front is a slightly different name than that liste.

Nice residance

Nice, clean rooms, good position in Lugana Marina. Remember its a residence and not a hotel. That means no daily service, and you have to pay for linen and final cleaning. But for the price you pay its quite a good option.

Alles war soweit gut, aber wir hatten eine Baustelle neben unserem Bungalow jeden Morgen bis nachmittags. Das ermöglichte kein Frühstück draußen.

Alles in allem eine sehr nette Anlage mit schöner Lage am See. Es macht alles einen gepflegten Eindruck und die Apartments sind gut ausgestattet. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt’s von mir nur für die in meinen Augen sehr spärliche Einrichtung. Ein wenig Farbe, oder ein paar schöne Bilder würden die Apartments deutlich wohnlicher und gemütlicher machen . Ansonsten war alles top !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und tolle Anlage. Für die Reinigung muss extra bezahlt werden, was bei dem Preis jedoch zu erwarten wäre. Frühstück war auch nicht besonders. Haben uns daher selbst versorgt. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Great Hotel with very nice appartments

We staied for 3 days in one bedroom appartment with view to the Lake and close to the swimmingpool. Everything was great, pool fantastic, quiet and top service.

Schöne und sehr saubere Anlage!

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Es war super sauber!! Nur das Restaurant können wir nicht empfehlen. Das war vom Essen her schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber sehr nett und freundlich.

Fint opphold

Hadde to fine dager her. 2 voksne og 2 barn. Bra leilighet (om en ser vekk fra et soveromsvindu som var ødelagt, så den ene natta var rommet fullt av mygg. Dette ble fikset dagen etterpå.) Fint bassengområde (2 områder). Restaurant på/like ved området. Kort vei med bil til dagligvare og sentrum (Sirmione). Gamlebyen i Sirmione var verdt et besøk!

Sehr freundliches Personal und Management. Sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Schöne Lage, fast am See, nur durch einen Parkplatz vom See getrennt. Nettes Lokal nebenan. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da, und es wird bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal geben.

Helt ok boende, lite trist omgivning

Vi bodde 4 nätter i denna lägenhet som hade ok standard. Den var inte så stor för vår familj på 5 pers, men det fungerade ändå bra. Köket var väl utrustat med porslin och pannor. Uteplatsen var stor med bord, stolar och solsäng. Det fanns rabatterade biljetter att köpa till tex gardaland. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Stranden var lite trist med rätt grumligt vatten, så vi höll oss till poolerna. Inte så mycket i närheten av boendet, några restauranger och ca 1 km till en supermarket. Hyrbil underlättar.

מלון טוב הייתי מזמין שוב למרות הדברים הקטנים.

למה צריך לשלם על מזגן 5 יורו ליום? אינטרנט בתשלום אינטר. המיקום נהדר. הצוות נחמד ועוזר בכל בעיה. הבריכה נהדרת חוף הים בהליכה של 3 דק' ואפשר להיכנס ללא אבנים. מיטת ילדים מאוד לא נוחה. מיטה שלישית לילדים נוחה עד לגיל 10. אוכל מאוד בינוני באיטליה

et fint str. Resort, der var tilpas med pladser rundt om poolen, god str lejlighed vi syntes dog at der manglede en lille ovn i køkkenet og lidt bord plads. Udendørs arealerne kunne godt ordnes lidt mere, den uge vi var der blev der ex vis ikke vasket fliser rundt om poolen der var kun få skraldespande så det var svært at komme af med det du havde. Men helt klart et sted vi ville vende tilbage til.

Ok, men dette er ei leilighet du må betale ekstra for klimaanlegg og Wifi. Rengjøring og skifte av håndkler vart ikkje gjort på vårt opphold. Kjem ikkje til å bestille der neste gong.
