Room was not bad. There's no room service, however, the staff at the front desk was polite. The room was not cleaned daily, the wash basin sink in the bath room was choked but in spite of my request it was not cleaned. In the bath room very badic items like Shampoo was not provided

Everything is in disrepair and extremely dirty. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, bed was falling apart, food in the sink, bathroom sink was dirty. Pretty gross place even for the price.

This was our first time at your hotel. Walking into a dirty and smoke smelling lobby was my first hint that I made a mistake. I was second in line to check in, but still waited 15 minutes. It seems that there was a problem with the rooms not being ready. The check in service was very slow. Our room looked like it was cleaned but it smelled of urine. This hotel is not to the standard of an Expedia hotel.
