"If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay/sleep at for a good price, this is perfect. But honestly that’s about it. Most of the lights didn’t work in the room, there was stains on couch, and one of beds, the beds were really low-they barely came to my knees and I’m only 5’7”, there was a blue stain on carpet, a leftover toy from previous persons stay, the window shade was unable to be adjusted, loose floor tile in bathroom, loose towel hook in bathroom wall and some type of bug in the bathtub(possible roach). I have pictures and vids to prove I’m not making it up. Me and my boys only really used the room to sleep, which is why I said it was good for that, but it definitely could of been better than what we experienced."

"Dirty room. Staff told me towels weren’t included so we bought them, they were. Pools were so cold my kid didn’t want to use them. Rooms are not internal to park, you’re walking outside and this wasn’t notated anywhere. It was cold pools were freezing including hot tub. We went to swim at another resort. "

"This hotel feels quite outdated, and the staff were neither accommodating nor welcoming. A major disappointment was the restaurant being closed, which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Additionally, the indoor pool was freezing. When I brought this up, the staff member insisted the heater was on, even though he had just arrived for his shift. While the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the jets were completely non-functional, making it little more than a soaking tub. Walls between rooms are thin, we could hear people talking, plus slamming doors. Small bathroom, lack of lighting to get ready near bathroom. The only saving grace was that the bed was actually very comfortable, which we appreciated and we loved the view from our balcony."

"Our stay was great, however, there's no much selection for breakfast. I hope they will add plain yogurt like what we had at Fairfield Sheboygan."

"Cheap place to lay your head down. Not the cleanest hotel but it’s convenient if you want to spend your money in the dells and not on an expensive place to sleep. "

"Staff was welcoming and friendly, breakfast was adequate, and room was very comfortable. It was conveniently located, parking felt safe and was plentiful. A great place for what I needed. Thanks for a wonderful experience. "

"We were very happy with our stay, the room was spacious and had enough room for our family of five and small dog. Beds (including the pull out couch) were comfortable, rooms and property were clean and well maintained, breakfast was a solid continental buffet with standard choices (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, toast...) that were kept fresh and well stocked throughout the breakfast service. The pool and hot tub area was also clean and well maintained, it was cool and rainy so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor patio and fire table but it looked inviting. We pass through the Dells during regular trips between families, based on our experience this may be our new standard hotel for a layover stop."

"The two room suite was very nice with everything we needed to be comfortable and relax during our stay. Staff was amazing and ran towels to us as needed. Room was very clean, but the halls needed a bit of refreshing."
