Studio6 was spotless and very convenient to I-210. The room was spotless and comfortable, with some strange issues. First, the room is very spartan. For a place advertised as "extended stay" it had very few amenities I expect even at at overnight hotels -- no hair dryer, no shampoo, no desk. I'm sorry but adding a full size refrigerator to a bare bones room doesn't make it extended stay. There are nearby hotels that are better value.

The property was very nice, clean & quiet..the only concern we have is there wasn't enough lighting in room & bathroom...there was also not very much HOT water too take a shower with...these were the only concerns of the property...would stay there again if the problems seem to get fixed.....

Staff admitted later that she knew they had a stray Rott Weiller and didn't call animal control nor did she warn me. They dog tried to attack me and she refused to allow me back into the hotel throught the second sliding door because she said they would not be able to get the dog out. She was protected in a closed office. I had to give the dog my bag and run in and manually close the first opened door. It took me four tries, thank God the dog didn't bit me. I called animal control. I had to stay that night but I requested my money back for the next night allowing them a 24 hr notice. Studio 6 claimed they couldn't put the money back on my card because of a error reading. I have receipts from them stating they are giving me that last night's monies back but I have not gotten the refund. They had a large gap between the wall and the door, a roach in the sink and the light fixture was falling, over my bed. I had to stay at the Casion Hotel for the last day. I will stay in Airbnb's for the remainder of my contract work that ends June 30, 2024.

I was not happy about being ask for a cash deposit for my pet and I had to insist on a receipt. The clerk did not want to give me one and it was a bit of an ordeal. She did finally wrote me one on a deposit slip. They also called me multiple times before my arrival at 10pm to ask what time I would get there. The fist call I had told them I did not know for sure we have several stops planned on our trip to the area. The second time really aggravated me. I have never had a hotel act this way. Upon check in the clerk said it was because they were sold out and wanted to make I was coming. This room was paid in advance so I don’t think the harassment was warranted.

Was walking to go to work Huge dog looks like a pet bull ran to me before I could get to my car, I reached my bag to him, he started biting it I walked quickly back into the hotel through the first sliding doors and waited for the second sliding door to open but it didn't so I knocked Dess the hotel front desk worker called on the phone that's in the middle area to tell be to come in through the back door and that she forgot to tell me to leave through the back door cause she can't let the stray dog in, I told her that he's biting my bag and I don't feel safe stuck in here with him and to open the door she said she can't let the dog in, I called the police because I fear the dog The dog eventually left out the first sliding door, I ran in the second door when it opened The dog came in and out the door while I was waiting for the police and called into work

The Owner is absolutely the best! She recognizes her clients by NAME and is soooo very sweet. She is helpful, efficient, courteous and quick on her feet. She processes your check in or out quickly. Smiles are ALWAYS in her staff’s face all the way down to housekeeping. Definitely an A rating!

It was neat and clean inside. There were a few people who seemed like they were staying regulars which seemed a little odd at first. But the property was well maintained. For the price, a good overnight stay.

Staff was clueless. Couldn't refund my last day's stay when I checked out early. People yelling in the hallway every night, and it sounded like they were in my room. People hanging outside smoking every time I came out of the building. Halls and doors were very dirty. Room was clean, or we wouldn't have stayed.
