"Great casino, great hard working staff, hotel rooms are very nice with updated amenities. Only a couple of things to mention that need improving: 1. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the hotel room. 2. The worst part of my experience was being at the craps table and having to wait 2 hours for a drink! The waitstaff work their tails off, but they are VERY poorly managed! Not enough waitstaff to service the customers at any time during the day or night! When people are spending good money at your casino, you'd better not let them be thirsty! They need to step up their game and schedule enough waitstaff accordingly."

"Hotel room was excellent as it was just renovated and all amenities were new. The couch was not comfortable and had no pillows .. maybe part of the Reno not completed yet ? There were no extra blankets or bedding in the closet . Room was quiet and the stay was nice, Check in was easy and staff very friendly . Overall we had a good experience at this hotel."

"Beds are pretty comfy for a hotel, AC worked well, good water pressure in shower. Can use an update. 4th floor hallway had a mildly musty smell. Check in was pleasant but not exceptional. Check out was so easy. I would stay here again. Hotel overall can use updated rooms, pain, fixtures. But I’m being overly critical and honest. Again, would stay here again. Comfy beds and a blasting AC are most important to me."
