Stayed one night. Very clean room. Staff was cordial and attentive. Shower head needed updating and shampoo provided could be better but nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

It was a nice hotel, not quite what I was expecting from a best western plus. Room was nice and spacious. I wasn’t a fan of the bed. It needs to be posted that the indoor pool is not heated. So if you are looking to swim the pool is freezing! Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The stay was great but we left for breakfast came back and their was still 30 min before checkout and the lady that was collecting the sheets and making the bed was in their already claming she was given the go ahead it was uncomfortable because we left our valuables out because we were packed and ready to leave soon but imagine if we would have hotten their and our things gone other then that all was great we enjoyed the stay

The property itself was nice however the hotel is dim. The lighting was not bright at all and the hotel had this smell. Cannot pinpoint what it was but gave my entire family a headache. We booked here for the indoor pool due to weather was supposed to be bad this weekend however the pool is not heated and was colder inside the pool area than outside. That really upset me. Great breakfast and the staff that was over it was ontop of keeping things stocked.

Our stay was excellent, The only issue we had was there were kids running up and down the halls at midnight, yelling, laughing, and slamming doors. They woke us up several times. Very disrespectful and rude.

We had a plumbing issue that required a room change. The breakfast also did not change throughout the stay. And it is tough to walk around the hotel because there are no sidewalks.

Check in went smoothly. The room especially the bathroom could have used a good deep cleaning. The shower needed to be bleached since it was black at the edges and corners. Not sure if they ever scrubbed the glass in the shower. You can see the spots pretty clearly.I think it needed a good scrub and spray of window cleaner. Towels were clean though kind of a cheap quality. It's something that would be issued to you during basic military training. It wasn't bad but it could be better. For the price you pay I would stay again just not expect too much.
