"I enjoyed my stay. Mike helped me within seconds when I locked myself out when I first got to the room. The room was clean. They do have Keuregs but if you want a coffee pot just call Mike. Very convenient to the airport."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts with with plenty of each food- well maintained. Really enjoyed the coffee “bar” 24 hour set up. We’d come in tired and hot chocolate was delicious. Clean towels everyday and neat room service. Also compliment the front desk staff as greeting us was very nice."

"We’ve stayed here multiple times now since our son started college in Burlington. The hotel is immaculate, the staff is helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean and quiet, plus the breakfast is an added bonus! Truly recommend!"

"Right on lake Champlain. Room clean but a bit shabby. Room ac small and noisy. Toilet slow leak around base. Toliet seat slides underneath you. But, it was a pleasant night and location wonderful. Would nit hesitate staying again I n."

"I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub it's the main reason we were staying there I was told the pool was warm enough. It was ice cold and filthy icky green stuff all over the sides of the pool I was soo disappointed. The hot tub wasn't warm when we got there but it did get better later. The staff was excellent no complaints about them. The room was nice and the bed was great"

"The lady on duty the evening we arrived was very personable and professional. Breakfast offered great food options and our room had a very comfortable bed. Overall the staff was friendly and customer oriented. Only problem was our bathroom sink faucet water pressure was weak, which we told the lady on duty in the morning."
