"We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom. Half of the vanity was about to fall off the wall. Major structural damage. We left early the next morning and got out of there and didn’t finish our sta. They said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia and not direct with them so we got stuck paying our entire stay even though we didn’t joy stayed one night.
Do NOT stay here. They do not care about your safety. "

"Pretty nice hotel for the price! What really made it stand out was how friendly and helpful every single staff member was! The front desk man even came over and helped me fill up our water bottles with a pitcher at the water fountain while I was juggling them with my baby. Whole experience was great and would stay again"
