There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. "The staff were lovely and the facilities were delightful. To walk round the Lake then have a sauna or fun in the pools is a real treat. It was very busy as it was school holidays which we didn’t realise. The buffet restaurant is also a great offering. Huge variety. "
