Great location to walk to popular beaches that are amazing snorkeling spots, places to eat, and hiking trails. Grocery store is very close, activities like zipline and golf are close by, and many places to eat. Then only negative was the mattress was not comfortable in the studio we had compared to the last visit to this location.

Property was nice, little worn down but in good condition. Nice pool but tiny hot tub. Our unit had two bathrooms which was great! We had a 1 bedroom unit. Should have more lighting outside around sidewalk area.

Our stay was very comfortable and our unit had everything we needed and more! The location is walkable to kapalua bay and Napili beach. They also let us stay for a late check out with no problems. Will definitely stay there again!

Quiet, very friendly staff, helpful when things arose. Well stocked with paper towel, tissues, soaps etc. Pool was great. Tucked off the roadway. Walkable to the Kapalua Beach and other sites.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice beach with good snorkeling was within walking distance. Food, groceries, etc are nearby. Only thing I did not like is that EXTRA charge that I was not expecting, $20 daily resort fee plus tax....when I paid through Expedia I thought there would be no additional costs.
