We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the ocean was amazing to listen to the ocean all night long. We stayed during a massive storm but didn't feel any disruption as far as the staff goes.

The staff was great! Easy check in. The grounds are gorgeous, the room was spacious and clean! Our hot water heater wasn’t working one night and we had a staff member up there to fix it within an hour. We loved that it was right by the beach and had captain jacks bar! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view. Great space. Quiet beach. Great food at Captain Jacks. We visited family members staying in other resorts on the island and saw first hand the Great value here comparatively to others. Very friendly staff, and helpful concierge services. Always greeted with a smile and offer to help in any way. Easy to navigate everything needed for an incredible stay!

I had a great stay at Hands of Kahana. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was smooth, the instructions were easy to follow, and there was plenty of parking available. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were more than enough towels provided. The night receptionist was also very nice and welcoming. We also visited Captain Jack’s — the food wasn’t great, but the service was good, and Eric took good care of us. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle‑free experience

The condo we stayed in was nice and it was massive. The restaurant on site is so good and the pools and beach access was nice! I didn’t have a problem with this because of the time of year, but there isn’t A/C in the units, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for that or your trip is in the warmer months.
