This is a great location, we loved having our own kitchen and living room. Pros: parking was easy, kitchen, staff was friendly, location was great. Cons: no restaurants or pool service and pool is very small. Not much information on the days that cleaning service comes to your room or where to take the trash. I don't like that when we booked the picture was completely different then the condo we stayed in. The decor was a bit dated. Sidewalks are missing and fencing is everywhere I am assuming from sidewalk damage, it took away from the view when facing the beach at the pool. Overall it fell more like a retirement resort.

Property grounds, as well as condo was very nice and well equipped. The ocean "view" was a bit of a stretch, as it was more of a peekaboo view- especially given the considerable additional cost for the view.

We liked all of it, room was out of this world, everything was so clean and everyone was so friendly. I was a bit concerned up front i paid up for a partial ocean view and at first they put us in a low room with NO VIEW, after i went and met with them they moved us with no issue to a great room with great views. one thing that would be nice is to have a Bar on the property, although not a real big deal.
