"Room, beach, pools and the immaculate grounds made our visit perfect. Staff was very friendly and professional. Loved being able to snorkel and dive on the Marriot reef."
Bayside Boutique Hotel - Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. We were celebrating a birthday, and the special attentions they gave us that day made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was also incredible. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it."
The Rif at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive, Curio by Hilton
8/10 Good
"So, our review will be mixed. We had a great time. I would say the property is “clean” and food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. Service was mixed. There were some exceptional people and some that were lazy.
The other thing that we didn’t like and noticed is that the bars would only rinse glasses vs use clean ones from dishwasher when busy. We saw this at multiple bars. We also saw dirty dishes that didn’t get clean. I would recommend bringing your own cup/glass and having drinks put in it.
Finally, we thought we booked on the adult side (RIF of Mangrove) and read that families are on one side but kids not allowed on the adult side - what I would have considered the “adult” pool was full of kids."
"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Reef. We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse with breathless ocean views that kept us in awe every day. We did breakfast in every day and a few nights in for dinner with gorgeous views from the balcony. Our apartment was clean, very spacious, had extremely comfortable beds, a huge balcony with two large sofas and everything you could think of, including washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and an abundance of towels, however do bring your own washcloth, as none were supplied, but we always bring our own so was not a big deal. The property is very beautiful with gorgeous homes all throughout. Our apartment overlooked the golf course and the pool was off to the left. The beach is also beautiful and is a quick drive (or nice walk) as it is on the property. The staff was very friendly and really nice. Special thanks to Thariq and Jessy who were super helpful and helped to make us feel right at home. Check in and check out is a breeze. Some construction is taking place around certain parts of the Blue Bay property and by The Reef we did see trucks during the day to remove some trees and dirt as the property is being further developed, but nothing that disrupted our stay. We loved our stay so much that we can’t wait to return."
"The staff is great and very helpful, the amenities from the hotel are actually pretty good, they have a restaurant and activities and rentals at the Scuba lounge. The resort has safe gated parking. The room view is spectacular and worth everything. The apartment was simple and had everything i needed from a kitchen, two full bathrooms, two outdoor patios, closet with a safe, living room and big bedroom. Their is also a nice clean pool if you dont want to go to the beach which is only steps away and by the pool is a shower to wash off before or after being in the pool or Ocean. I would come back if I'm in the westpunt area."
"We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations though. As founding guests they gave us 2 free excursions that were worth over $400. It was an amazing experience, the island is beautiful, the water and views are breathtaking! We plan to go back next year at the same time to see the progress and final results. Would highly recommend but would suggest that keep in perspective it’s not fully open, and limit some expectations during the on going construction"
