The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. "We added another night to our stay and we were upgraded to a suite at a reduced price. It was a great room with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. The staff was very friendly and we truly loved our stay here! "

"Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake. "
