Reserved 3 rooms for an overnight stay as we were leaving the next day. Hotel is ideally situated minutes away from Marco Polo Airport. Italy has been exceptionally hot this summer therefore l was looking for a comfortable sleep. Air Conditioner was not functioning properly. Lady at check-in came to investigate but confirmed no cool air. No maintenance staff on board so l had a very bad super hot evening.

Great area, not too crowded or noisy. Hotel was lovely and comfortable but shower over bath was wonky and unstable and wouldn’t stay in correct direction! And perhaps more choice of cereals for breakfast. Less chocolate and more healthy type muesli or granola!
