I did get to the Hilton Hotel Cajun Dome very late. It was easy to check in. The noise from the air condition auto kept sounding as if we were close to a washroom, in which I could not rest well. other than that, my stay was good.

The cleaning staff! OMG! They enter your room without knocking, they vacuum at 7 am, they told us if we wated them to stop coming in our room we HAD to put out the do not disturb sign, otherwise they would keep coming in. Never have I encountered such a rude housekeeping staff. They left their vacuum cleaner in the middle of the hallway where you couldn't get by with your luggage, the list hors on and on.

I honestly have nothing bad to say except one thing that was the most disappointing was the bed and the pillows. This is a very fine expensive looking hotel to stay at why in the world do they use Outdated mattresses and pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable !! at two in the morning I thought about sleeping in my car there were four pillows, and once you laid on them the air came out of them they flattened out to half an inch! it was awful!! And I've had passed back. Surgery! the bed was hard it was the old spring mattress, the pillows were the worst in the world I had to roll up blankets to use as pillows, bed and pillows. Absolutely horrible best Western has better beds and pillows. !!!! very disappointed. If you don't get a good nights sleep, it doesn't matter how beautiful and expensive a place is.

Only issue was the bathroom water temperature was very hard to regulate, both the shower and sink. Bathtub was old and very slippery.

The bathtubs could use some updating and sheets had hair on them and it would be nice if they had a continental breakfast in the morning. Other than those things the stay was great.

Nice, clean hotel and pleasant staff. Check in was a breeze. On site restaurant was ok, at least the breakfast was , the dinner choices were vety limited. I only wish eating places were closer.

Hotel had a hiring event with hundreds of people. The lobby was so crowded that staff had to take me through the kitchen to get to my room. All seats in the breakfast area were taken by people waiting for the event. Coffee cups were all gone. Paying customers that were staying there were unable to park, get to their rooms, or use the services they paid for. I ended up switching hotels.

The property was well maintained and the landscape was beautiful. The entrance to the building gave you an at home feeling away from home. The foyer and living area was very nice and pleasant. The staff was very nice, especially Joselyn the desk host.

First impressions are very important. This was my first time here and all I can say is that from check in to check out, everything was fabulous. I will only stay at this location whenever I and in that town again. Customer service was fantastic.
