Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff

Very welcoming staff, clean and modern facilities, good location

Extremely helpful family run hotel . Good pool area and restaurant and spacious rooms with own patios

We only stayed one night between flights. But we had a lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable. Also great restaurant for an evening meal and drinks!

We only booked for one night as we needed some where near to the airport and this was so convenient. On arrival we was greeted by kevin who made us feel so welcome

Lovely modern wooden cabins with balcony. 10 minute walk to the centre of Caye Caulker and the water taxis. Very helpful and friendly owners. Highly recommended

Great room, extremely comfortable bed and powerful air conditioning. Even had a view over the water which was lovely. The hotel is not exactly glamorous and I almost didn’t book based on this but when you get there you realise it is charming, functional and does exactly what you need it to, slap bang in the middle of the city and beside the Caribbean Sprinter water taxi port

Great location lovely rooms fab view good coffee and nice to use the paddle boards Loved our stay here !

The room was basic but clean and they let us leave our luggage prior to check in so that we could do a trip which was helpful. The area is quiet . The room was large, and the aircon worked well. You can get coffee in the office each morning which was good. There is what appears to be a family dog loose in the resort , and it doesn’t bother anyone but we did see dog mess on the ground which was a bit off putting.
