"We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. "The staff was very accommodating and spoke English which was very helpful. There were about 20 marble stairs up to our room that weren’t mentioned in the description. Thankfully an attendant was able to help us with our heavy bags. The parking in front of the hotel was a tight squeeze although much better than our other experiences in the older parts of cities in Sardinia. The spa was lovely although I was unable to reach anyone via phone or internet prior to arriving. If you want your choice of treatments at specific times I recommend calling them and booking in advance. "
