"Great hotel, rooms, staff and location "

"Just got back from a short stay at Vigilius Mountain Resort and it completely lived up to the hype. Taking the chair lift up to the hotel is such a cool experience, and the next one up to the hiking trails is incredibly serene — quiet, peaceful, and with some of the best views you’ll find anywhere. The food and wine were excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, and the whole place has this calm, design-driven atmosphere that feels both modern and timeless. The architecture and interiors are stunning — kind of like something straight out of Mad Men. Wish I’d stayed longer."

"An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). The crown jewel is the rooftop deck and the panoramic views of the beau. Wish we had time to try the spa but sadly we had to move on to the next city."

"The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable."

"Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. The surrounding area was vineyards and the village was a couple of minutes walk away. Had a super stay, left feeling very relaxed. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"
