Perfect Stay
This was our fifth visit to the island of Ischia, and we loved the hotel. The hotel staff were fantastic and the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant manager and his team are absolutely first class. There is a great selection of wines available. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed including a great air conditioning unit and mini-fridge. There is ample seating both inside and outside the hotel and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and in the gardens. The outside pool is a heated saltwater pool and the indoor thermal pool was around 36 degrees with a number of jets to massage aching joints. The location is perfect and when you want to explore there are bus stops and taxis outside of the hotel. We booked our transfers through the hotel and everything worked seamlessly. We'll be returning next year

Lovely hotel, as long as you speak Italian
An excellent hotel for all age groups. Nice pool with poolside bar, excellently situated for shops, beach, transport. They have their own minibus to take you to a lovely beach cove and thermal spa at various times of the day.They have a very good full board price (but that means you would have to stick around or be back to the hotel for lunch)or just b & b. We ate there some evenings and food very good. Waiters and staff very eager to please. Unfortunately, if you do not speak Italian, then it is difficult to get information as the English of the main receptionist is apparently non existent. This made it awkward for us at times because our Italian was worse than basic and we were given wrong information - or none at all.

Gentile Signora, ci aspettavamo la Sua recensione poichè il Suo approccio con il nostro albergo, senza nemmeno vedere la camera, è stato quello di aggredirci, minacciando una recensione negativa, che puntualmente è arrivata. La nostra politica alberghiera è quella di accogliere l'ospite, coccolarlo e farlo sentire a casa e questo lo potrà denotare da tutte le recensioni che l'hanno preceduta. Le dimensioni delle nostre camere sono quelle dichiarate sui nostri siti e sui siti dei nostri partner. Lei ha detto apertamente di voler andare via e noi non siamo abituati a trattenere nessuno, Lei ha espresso il desiderio di non alloggiare da noi e noi Le abbiamo dato la scelta di trovare una nuova soluzione comunicandoLe che non avremmo applicato alcuna penale, anche se dovuta. La camera che Le abbiamo assegnato è quella da Lei richiesta con specifica, camera piano alto, con terrazzo, Le abbiamo assegnato una camera al piano più alto, con vista mare e terrazzo. Villa svizzera
l'albergo si trova in una posizione privilegiata in quanto è adiacente al corso di Lacco Ameno ed è di fronte al mare, inoltre la fermata degli autobus è a 20mt .La struttura , così come le camere, è tenuta molto bene . L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato è stata, a mio avviso, la scarsissima colazione veramente deludente non certo da 4 stelle. Nel complesso lo consiglierei soprattutto a chi non vuole spostarsi con mezzi pubblicì ( spesso strapieni per la presenza di tanti turisti).

Bellissima struttura vicino al centro di Lacco. Da qui partono autobus per tutta isola molto comodi anche se ad agosto affollati. Il personale è molto disponibile sia per il mangiare che per consigli sulle visite.colazione ottima e buffet alle cene super!!relax. ..La piscina termale il top!

Ottimo fine settimana trascorso ad Ischia e presso la struttura. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile ad accontentare le esigenze della clientela e camere eccellenti. Unico problema riscontrato, in 2 camere diverse, Wifi non sempre bene funzionante.

L'hôtel est très bien situé,joli jardin.
L'hôtel se trouve à proximité des commerces, du port des pêcheurs,possibilité de grandes promenades à pied . Les chambres sont extrêmement propres,et la piscine des thermes très agréable(séjour hiver). La terrasse ,le jardin et la piscine en font un endroit très plaisant. Le personnel est compétent et fort agréable.

Very basic hotel, very affortable, mainly targeted for retired Italians coming to bath and therapy. Good looking hotel and nice pool and environment, but low level of service. Airconditioner wasn't working in one of our rooms, breakfast assortment was quite narrow and the hotel wine in the pool bar was awful.

Ottima la posizione in centro e di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus. Oasi di pace in mezzo a bellissimi giardini. Molto bella la piscina esterna e piacevole quella interna con l'idromassaggio.
