Quiet area, tons of space and 10 minute drive to Mont Tremblant North side. We were 10 people and never felt crowded. real fireplace was a nice touch. Had a couple of really minor issues and was solved immediately by one quick phone call. Great customer service

We liked the traditional chalet style of the cottage while having most modern conveniences you would want. The maintenance and cleaning of the property though good looked like it was done in a rush, sauna filter also requiring change.

Good stay overall
Stayed here for two nights with my wife. Great cottage, but the road leading to it is very rough (unpaved) and when you're coming and going, it gets annoying. Overall, the cottage is clean but had only a one very small outdated TV in the basement which was a bit disappointing. While we were there the people across the street were also extremely noisy which wasn't great.

Beautiful cottages, horrible mattresses.
We had a great stay at RCNT chalet. We stayed in their 4 bedroom cabin. Very nice cottages. Lots of space and well laid out. There were a few negatives however. First, the cottages do not have A/C. We were lucky enough to stay there right after the heat wave so the nights were cool for sleeping. Had this been a week earlier we all would have been very hot and uncomfortable. My only other major complaint were the mattresses. Literally the worst and most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Whoever chose these mattresses just bought the cheapest ones they could find. They are hard and uncomfortable and I could literally feel springs poking into my back in the middle of the night. The king mattress in the master bedroom was sagging and deformed. They also make a ton of noise at even the slightest movement. Completely out place in a $500/night rental. They don’t even belong in a $39/night motel 6.

We all had a great time! We were pleasantly surprised that we were free to use the kayaks, canoes and water boards at no extra cost. The kids loved the ping pong table in the chalet and are already asking if we can rent again next year :)

Great summer chalet!
Great chalet. Clean with great amenities. I was worried because upon reading the other reviews they mentionned there was so AC. However, the temperature indoors was nice and cool despite the heatwave we've been having in quebec. Also only a short walk to the lake and club de la pointe which was many activities including volleyball tennis kayaing, paddleboarding and much more!

Great chalet, very modern and fully equipped. Lovely location, just 20 min from Mont Tremblant Only complain, there’s no AC. They should at least have a fan for each bedroom during summer

The chalet was nice, clean and spacious! However access to facilities (access to the lake and pool) were very limited. The beach access area was overpopulated / too many people, loud and unable to find a space (unless you woke up very early and booked a space). Very disappointing and affected the overall experience!

Our overall experience with the chalet was good. We were able to check in early, the rooms were all clean and there was tons of space if you have a large group. Our Chalet was located at the top of the hill and we had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and lake. Our complaints relate to the kitchen - it was heavily under supplied with the appropriate pots/pans/dishes and utensils. Upon arrival - all of the kitchen dishes and pots had to be rewashed as they had food stuck to them from the previous guests. The Chalet also had an "ant problem" in the kitchen. Leaving food on the counter for any longer than a few minutes would attract an outrageous number of very large ants. We did have a poor experience contacting the chalet support staff. When we arrived, the hot tub water level was a bit too low and we had requested that they come and fill it up (you could not turn on the jets as it was sucking in air). It also required a quick addition of chlorine. We were told a "flat no" from the RCNT employee. It was not the end of the world, however it was a frustrating experience.

More than expected
These chalets have everything you want and need for a very nice stay. Kitchen is stocked, fireplace equipment is complete, and all rooms are spacious. The location is also very nice as you are 6 minutes away from the north side of Mt. Tremblant Ski and have a gourmet market within walking distance.

Lovely Chalet
The Chalet was vey comfortable, with a good kitchen, comfortable beds and quality linens. Wood burning fireplace, hot tub and a quick 10 min drive to the north slope of Tremblant made for a perfect ski vacation. I wish we knew how great the nearby gourmet grocery store is— it would have saved us a stop at Metro and we would have had nicer food, wine and beer:)

Like staying at home. Had all post, pans, cutlery. The place was clean. No air conditioning but was cool at night so chalet stayed comfortable temperature. There is no actual beach. The pool was great for kids as it had a very big shallow end. The lake was very nice, calm with little traffic on it. You can take out a kayak but there was only one canoe that seated 4 and one pedalo so you need to chance it or get there early to get one of those. There is no lifeguard so you need to supervise your kids carefully. The grounds crew was very polite and courteous to guests. If you stay in the chalets it is quite a walk to the lake which is difficult with very young children so I recommend driving and taking advantage of the free parking at the lake. The depanneur has a good selection and variety of food. The drive to Mount Tremblant south side was really easy (about twenty minutes) and a beautiful drive if you want to go for an evening.

Great experience. Came with a group of 8 of us and we fit comfortably. Hot tub location could have been better so as to have a better view but still worked great. The deck had an excellent view, good location to enjoy the bbq.

What a wonderful first time to Canada. The RCNT Chalets are absolutely beautiful... clean, comfortable, spacious, and great amenities. Very close drive for skiing and to town. Will definitely stay again next visit to Mont Tremblant! Thank you for everything.

Nice North Side Retreat

Perfect location
Quiet and exquisite log chalets just 5 minutes from the north side. Would have been nice to have a pool table in the cabin but the shared facilities are close down by the lake. Please add a treadmill to the sports room!

Our experience with RCNT Chalets was very positive. The chalet was spacious and new in a lovely, private setting. The kitchen was well equipped and had all of the necessary appliances. The beds and linens were adequate. There was one TV on the lower level. It would have been nice to have a TV in the main living space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
