"Nice and comfortable hotel, the room had a little kitchen with all the pots, dishes and utensils you could need but don't forget to wash your dishes before you leave otherwise they'll charge an extra $75 cleaning fee. The pool and hot tub were lovely although a bit crowded. The continental breakfast was fine, and the waffles were good. "

"Encounters with staff were efficient and enjoyable. The location is perfect for access to the gondola and the pedestrian village. The dishwasher in the room was as in horrible condition, several functions were inoperable and it was incredibly noisy. We had a ground floor room and it had an ant problem even though it was winter. The hotel no longer provides a roll of paper towels and there was no can opener. Given that it is a full kitchen unit, more baking and serving dishes, like bowls and platters, are required. We had to bring too many things from home. "

"An excellent hotel save for one weakness encountered on this and a previous stay: cleaning staff comes up short. Previous stay, they were very noisy in the hallway outside our room in the morning hours when some guests like ourselves needed quiet. This stay, a cleaning person implied we might not need our room cleaned on the third day of our stay (we did) and then appeared put out when I requested they return to clean an hour later (my husband was still sleeping). This was unprofessional and unacceptable."

"Front desk lady told us we couldn’t park in the handicap parking spot, even though we had a handicap parking card and a disabled child. Also, the splash pad wasn’t splashing"

"The room was beautiful; very spacious. The windows were large and was able to get a lot of sunlight. The room could have been a little bit more clean I did find two unusual things in there & a random room charge but it was resolved quickly with one phone call.other than that the hotel was fantastic. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and fully bilingual. I will definitely go back."
