A great hotel in a lovely location just above the lake. Our room had everything you’d expect and was very comfortable. The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was extremely good, especially the range of options for breakfast. We only stayed 1 night which was a shame as it rained all the following day and we couldn’t enjoy the lake and woods as much as would have liked however that did mean that we used the heated indoor pool and sauna (the whirlpool was outside in the rain)....

Arrived 3am, 8 hours late and exhausted. Smiley helpful staff greeted us. Breakfast was good and we made it in good time before it closed at 10am. Plenty of kids and young people appeared to be family parties or groups. Many of the kids were to be found in the gym. Good amenities and close to the airport, you can guess why it's popular.

Wonderful stay at this interesting hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, spacious, airy yet homely. It was very relaxing. In addition the museum is interesting and informative. We ate at the restaurant and the food was top notch. It was disappointing that our schedule didn't allow us to stay longer.

After an interesting journey by Public Transport, (everyone was extremely kind and helpful to us), from our hotel in the ' Vieux Port' area of Québec City, we found the room clean and comfortable. We asked for an early morning call..our taxi needed to collect us at 4am!! The call was made on time and so was the Taxi. The only downside was that we were 3 hours too early for breakfast. We could have had coffee and there were fresh oranges which we took with us to the airport.

Nice clean hotel good location near to airport ($24 at 4am uber) not sure if that was the best price. Close to food and shops. 40-45 mins bus into Quebec old town (2 buses $4) would stay again for proximity to airport and shops (Walmart, Marshall’s etc) but a bit far out from the city.
