This stay was my granddaughter’s birthday and the desk girl brought put a box of gifts to choose from 🎁 this made my day !!! I do stay a few times a year at this location & might ask for a room with a bath 🛀 next visit 👍"

"The pull out sofa bed mattress was stained yellow and brown. The pillows in room are very tiny. Hotels.com alllowed me to book a room that did not exist at this hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Although room seemed clean enough , rust was evident all over the bathroom. There is only 1 elevator and it sounded as though it was on its last leg. Strong musty smell in the hallways. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, areas outside the room had litter and trash cans were left till overflowing. My biggest issue was the poor quality AC and the "eco" / motion sensor controls. The AC struggled to cool the room and if it didnt detect motion it shut off. This lead to several poor nights of sleep due to room temperature rising to 78 despite a much cooler outside temperature."
